While we implement data-driven strategies to improve your organic search rankings, SEO is an ongoing process influenced by third-party search engine algorithms. Therefore, specific rankings or traffic timelines cannot be guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibilities
To maximize the effectiveness of your search engine optimization campaign, the client must provide timely access to necessary platforms (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CMS admin panels). Approving content, providing business information, and responding to communications promptly are essential. Delays in providing access or feedback may impact the projected timelines and SEO results. As your SEO specialist, I rely on this collaboration to drive organic growth.
4. Payment Terms
All SEO services require upfront payment or milestone-based payments depending on the selected package. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. For ongoing monthly SEO retainers, invoices are generated at the beginning of the billing cycle, and payment is due within the specified timeframe to maintain continuous service. Late payments may result in the suspension of SEO activities until the account is settled.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, all SEO content created—including blog posts, page copy, and optimization assets—will become the intellectual property of the client. Until full payment is received, SEO Expert In Pakistan retains ownership of all deliverables and strategic methodologies. We reserve the right to showcase anonymized project data and results in our portfolio or case studies to demonstrate our capabilities as a top SEO expert in Pakistan.
6. Limitation of Liability
SEO Expert In Pakistan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our SEO services. Search engine rankings are determined by third-party algorithms (e.g., Google), and we cannot be held responsible for unexpected algorithm updates, penalties caused by the client's past black-hat SEO practices, or third-party platform outages. As a white-hat SEO specialist, we strictly adhere to search engine guidelines to protect your website.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the SEO service agreement with a 15-day written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. Any prepaid fees for unrendered services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. We will provide all completed work and necessary access credentials upon final payment, ensuring a smooth transition away from our SEO specialist services.
